In honor of Veterans Day, we wanted to post some popular military slogans & sayings this week as a resource for soldiers, vets, and family of those serving. So throughout the week we will be posting slogans for each branch of the military — starting alphabetically with the Army. Feel free to add them to your custom army t-shirts or military shirts. Hi John,

According to Wikipedia, the Army slogan between the 50’s and early 70’s was “Look Smart, Be Smart, Go Army!”

Hopefully that’s the one you were looking for. If not, you might want to look at the National Archives online or some history books on the Korean War or Vietnam War. Best of luck!

Please, GEN Schwarzkopf’s first name was Norman. He was far from “Normal” and extrordinary human being and outstanding leader of character and integrity.
