Screen-printing is great for orders of 6 or more with solid colors, and can achieve photographic quality prints at higher (50+) quantities. With its thicker ink application, screen-printing lends itself well to printing vibrant colors on dark shirts.
Digital printing gives us the flexibility to print designs and photographs at lower quantities that would otherwise be out of reach due to extensive setup. With its fine, precise ink application, digital printing allows us to capture all the subtle details in your design. And if you are looking to place an order for a single shirt (stocking stuffers!), digital printing is the method of choice.

What type of printing do companies such as Nike and Under Armour use on their shirts? I’m talking about the basic tshirts with only their logos on them. If I want to make tshirts with text on the front and text/ design on the back, should I use screen printing or digital printing? I want to start with about 8-10 shirts.

For a simple text design on an order of 8-10 t-shirts, you’ll want to use screen printing, as well. That will provide you the best quality at the best price.
