Ink of the Week Winner
“Human Library Chicago at Printers Row Lit Fest” wins this week’s Ink of the Week contest!
“The Human Library is a way to combat stigma and stereotypes by providing the public an opportunity to interact with people from all walks of life who act as open ‘books’. They open themselves to the public by talking about their life experiences and answering questions about their experiences. The Human Library is an international movement that started in Denmark, but this was the first event in Chicago. Our experience with CustomInk was wonderful. They showed us a proof of the design before we printed it. The T-shirts arrived promptly and in great condition – and looked great on our volunteers!”

Wow,, I would not be able to do that. People do judge me as well. I would not be able to be an open book face too face, online yes but face too face. That’s so awesome.
