Stories to Make You Smile (Camp Edition)
Companion Camp, Cousin Camp, Coding Camp… oh my! One thing is for sure – our customers love showing off their custom apparel for various summer camps in our Ink of the Week.
These friends take an annual camping trip to the scenic Kancamagus Highway in New Hampshire each summer. This year, they ordered matching shirts to make it look like they were all camp counselors. As they hiked the nearby trails, people passing could be heard saying, “Matching shirts? I gotta step up my game.”
Hermann Sons Youth Camp (HSYC), located in Comfort, Texas, has been open since the 1950s. To carry on this family’s tradition, the kids pictured here now attend the same summer camp that their parents and their grandparents once did. To show off their family spirit, one of the kids designed a logo to be worn on the group’s t-shirt color of choice. When the camp gates opened, this family entered in style!
These kids finished off an amazing week at Code Irvine, a summer camp that teaches computer programming to kids, with a field trip to Google’s headquarters. To top off the trip, camp leaders ordered last-minute, custom t-shirts to unify the group and to give them something special to take home.
