The Bottom Line
Screen-printing is great for orders of 6 or more with solid colors, and can achieve photographic quality prints at higher (50+) quantities. With its thicker ink application, screen-printing lends itself well to printing vibrant colors on dark shirts.
Digital printing gives us the flexibility to print designs and photographs at lower quantities that would otherwise be out of reach due to extensive setup. With its fine, precise ink application, digital printing allows us to capture all the subtle details in your design. And if you are looking to place an order for a single shirt (stocking stuffers!), digital printing is the method of choice.
Feel free to ask any questions you may have about the difference between digital and screen-printing methods!
At CustomInk, we pride ourselves on producing perfect t-shirts every time. And we have a great guarantee to back that up. Our artists double-check your design, we send you a picture proof email, and we even give you a call if we have any questions. But we understand that sometimes you just need a little extra to help put your mind at ease.
So when you really need some assurance that the product you are getting is going to be all that you want it to be, we offer a Pre-Production Sample free on orders of 250 or more pieces (or $2,500). We understand that seeing is believing. That’s why we give you the chance to view and approve a physical shirt before we print your entire order.

So let me take a few moments to point out five things I think make us special that you may not notice the first time you visit. Read more –>
Everyone’s looking for that perfect gift for the holidays – to give and to receive. You know, the one that won’t get thrown in the back of the dresser or closet; the one that won’t be put away and only brought out on “special occasions” (i.e. when the gift giver is around); the one followed by the heart-breaking, slow-motion response of “oh…wow…thanks…I never would have thought to ask for this…thanks.” Well I’m here to save you this holiday. Save you from yourself and save you from your friends. Here are some great gift ideas that everyone will love to wear. Read more –>
A few weeks ago, I mentioned how much money you can save when ordering different items if you place the order all at once. Since we can use the same stencil on different shirts, we can group the order and pass the savings to you. Now let’s talk about how you can get even more flexibility in your order based on your design.
Most people think they are limited to one front and one back design. While the Design Lab showcases only one at a time, with the help of our customer representatives, we can mix and match different sides together to give your order more versatility.
For example, you can have your camp name on the front of a t-shirt with designs for each cabin on the back. I’m going to use this example to walk you through the process… Read more –>
