While the weather outside is still frightful for many of us, school groups are gearing up for spring clubs, competitions, and events. We receive an abundance of school groups showing off their custom gear in our Ink of the Week photo contest– check them out!

 

Kindezi Math Club

One of the sixth grade math teachers at the Kindezi School in Atlanta chartered the school’s first math club. When the club decided to order custom shirts, they designed options together and voted on their favorite. The kids at the school love the shirts so much that some non-math club members are asking for one!

We Know Drama!

Lutheran High School of Sioux Falls has been in existence for almost seven years, but their theater department only started last year. The students love performing and staying actively involved in Drama Club. Now, they have custom t-shirts to display their enthusiasm for theater!

At Palo Alto High School, the editors of yearbook jumped for joy in their new, custom sweatshirts. They worked hard together to design them, and were super excited when they arrived. To commemorate the 2017 staff, the group had all their names printed on the back of the sweatshirts (not pictured).

Robot Geniuses

For five years, Darby Woods Elementary School has been ordering custom shirts for their Robotics Club. The club is the only Robotics Club in a low income school throughout Columbus, Ohio. The kids love robots and they love getting involved in the design process.

The sophomore board club at Van Nuys High School in North Hills, California (officers pictured), holds fundraising events to earn money to apply to their 2019 senior year. By running and participating in board club, students’ dreams of fun field-trips and off-campus proms are turned into a reality.

Jackson Hole Land Trust Staff

Members of the Jackson Hole Land Trust staff volunteered with the Salvation Army to ring the bell and raise money for a great cause. To keep them warm and toasty during the event, they sported their new Sportsman Pom Pom hats – complete with the company logo.

One Family’s Christmas Tradition

The Arthur family celebrates Christmas ever year by starting with a family photo on Christmas Eve. Each family member has a gift to open, which typically contains a matching t-shirt for all. This year, they upgraded the gift to 1/4 zip performance pullovers and they were a hit!

During the Hiemer and Company Stained Glass Studio’s Christmas party, employees celebrated 85 years of the family business. Pictured are fourth and fifth generation family members, along with brand new fleece vests showcasing the company name and location. The group loves looking as good as their stained glass windows!

The Capital Ice Cadence team in North Dakota was thrilled to receive their new Sportsman Pom Pom hats. The hats keep the young boys and girls warm during “Skating in the Rain” practices and are loved by all. Just look at these cuties modeling the hats on some down time!

After a night of snowfall, the class from Central Pennsylvania Institute of Science and Technology HVAC/R program took to the outdoors to build an eight foot tall snowman. The group had recently ordered personalized dryblend hoodies, which served them well in their outdoor team building event.

5TCrossFit’s 6AM Crew

Attendees of the 6:00 AM class at 5TCrossFit in Inwood, New York, walk in most days at 5:50 AM and crawl out about an hour later after a challenging, intense workout. Coach Byron keeps them coming back for more, though! The group recently ordered a mixture of custom performance t-shirts, ladies shirts, and tank tops – complete with nicknames – to keep them motivated during class.

Dangerous Curves Fitness set out on an eight week transformation fitness journey in hopes of supporting one another, sharing healthy recipes, and inspiring each other to work out their hardest. This women-only group wanted workout gear to show off their curves so they ordered custom tri-blend tanks to unify their group and show off their style.

Larry Myers is an inspiration to many. He has turned his fitness regimen around in recent years and shed over 700 pounds! He believes that whether you’re overweight or underweight, you have the sole power to change your life. He practices his belief by serving as an inspirational speaker, showing off his custom “You Can Make It” t-shirts, and sharing the shirts with others.

VonCycle Crew

The VonCycle crew is a group of friends who cycle indoors twice a week, with upwards of 45 attendees. Vonz, their leader, recently ordered custom rally towels to give to his crew as Christmas gifts. The towels keep the group motivated into the new year and were such a hit, that more are already being reordered!

Fitness coach, Krystie, operates a small gym where she offers personal training and boot camps. She designed custom shirts and tank tops with her ROAR Fitness motto: Refuse to Quit, Overcome all Obstacles, Account for my Actions, and Reach all of my Goals. Her clients are now pushing themselves and cheering on their group members more than ever before!

Archibald Family Christmas

Growing up, this customer’s mother dressed her family in matching pajamas on Christmas. The gifts were always marked “OCE” – open Christmas Eve. The kids soon outgrew the pajamas, so one decided to start designing Christmas t-shirts for the whole family to wear. Matching tees for all to wear on Christmas has now been a family tradition for many, many years.

Thirty three girls from the Wilmington Middle School Drill Team proudly wore their custom uniforms before marching out in the San Pedro Christmas Parade. The group received so many compliments on the t-shirts that a second order was placed after the parade for family members and volunteers.

These cousins have been baking sugar cookies together each holiday season for as long as they can remember. When their loving mother/aunt passed away from cancer 20 years ago, family members promised to keep everyone connected throughout the years. To celebrate the holiday tradition, and how close the family has become, one cousin surprised the group with custom cookie baking t-shirts!

Reece’s Warriors at Jingle Bell Walk

Members of “Team Reece – Reece’s Warriors” participated in 5K Jingle Bell Walks, sponsored by the Arthritis Foundation, in Florida, Ohio, and Texas. Reece was diagnosed with Juvenile Arthritis at three years of ago, and while he resides in Sarasota, Florida, friends and family from all over the country turned out to support him at walks in their home state.

Family Turkey Trot

The Coomes, Watts, and Wright families hosted their own Thanksgiving Turkey Trot down the George Washington Parkway in Alexandria, Virginia. Due to travel and schedules, the families were unable to sign up for an official race. That didn’t stop their motivation, though! The run was made complete with custom long sleeve t-shirts.

Pictured is the Kahili family’s 15th annual Thanksgiving flag football game. Whether rain, shine, or mud, this family comes together every Thanksgiving holiday to play a friendly game of football in the backyard. Last year, the “kids” team easily defeated the parents team. Thanksgiving in October? Why not?! This family has a tough time getting everyone together on the actual Thanksgiving holiday, so they choose to celebrate in October. Better weather, cheaper airfares, and being able to quickly run to the grocery store for forgotten ingredients are just a few reasons why this family is a proponent of an early celebration.

Sonja and Bob, the matriarch and patriarch of the Riggs family, sold their family home last year before moving and retiring to North Carolina. To celebrate years of memories, everyone flew in for a final Thanksgiving in the home they grew up in. To commemorate the event, the family celebrated in custom family t-shirts.
