For over six years, we’ve been collecting customer stories in our Ink of the Week contest. Throughout the years, we’ve heard from some truly amazing customers about how their CustomInk orders helped to unite their community and take their event to the next level. To show you some of the communities we’ve touched, we’ve compiled a handful of stories that caught our eye.

These groomsmen took a whole new approach to the superhero-shirt-under-the-tuxedo look by having a CustomInk artist redraw a photo of the groom’s dad, who is the true superhero, breaking it down on the dance floor. “Later in the night [they] rocked the shirts by themselves in all of their glory during a late night dancing.”

100mile100 Mile Ride

After mixing and matching styles and colors, these three cancer survivors completed the Savannah Century 100 mile bicycle ride, sporting their custom tees and raising funds for Be the Match – an organization that supports the world’s largest marrow registry – along the way!

After this customer’s sister-in-law was diagnosed with MS two years ago, she immediately was inspired to launch Kick Out Ms – a fundraising kickball tournament in Swansea, Massachusetts. The group turned to CustomInk to enhance a handmade logo for their “Legends of the Ball” team, which features different parts of each team member’s personality.

Canned potatoes and sandy sleeping bags and hand sanitizer, oh my! For eight consecutive years, this group of guys have gathered together over the summer for a men’s beach camping trip. During a game of ultimate frisbee on the beach, “a ridiculously awesome chest-bump occurred; which resulted in the accidental invention of the sweaty t-shirt transfer!”
